Summary of the Position:
The Accounting Specialist will have a key role in managing liquidity, financial analysis, and reporting for Tishman Speyer. Reporting to the Director - Corporate Accounting, the Specialist will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, deliver accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Financial Forecasting, Analysis & Reporting
Maintain and refine rolling cash forecasts, loan schedules, and fund models to support capital planning.
Analyze and report on fund/asset profitability, GP economics, and valuations.
Develop and deliver clear, data-driven financial summaries to inform strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
Liquidity & Capital Management
Monitor and manage cash flows and utilization of lines of credit.
Analyze credit facility activities (borrowings, repayments, compliance) and produce actionable cash management analysis.
Track and reconcile capital commitments and sources/uses of funds.
Stakeholder Support & Reporting
Contribute to valuation and performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and periodic estate valuations.
Maintain intercompany loan schedules and credit facility registers.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Partner with Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Tax, and Corporate Finance teams to align financial data and insights.
Ensure compliance with management, loan, and partnership agreements.
Technology & Process Improvement
Support enhancement of data tracking and financial reporting through new and existing software solutions.
Collaborate on financial data integration into centralized platforms, focusing on accuracy, automation, and user experience improvement.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2–4 years in public or real estate accounting

The base compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer’s California team, as we’ve considered factors specific to this geography.
