Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager  the Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift) is responsible for accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

 

What a typical day looks like:

• Supervise warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and material distribution.
• Lead and develop a team of material handlers and warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate material flow to support production requirements and ensure on-time material availability.
• Monitor and control inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee production control activities related to materials planning and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse processes, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory transactions, material requirements, and replenishment activities.
• Support Pull System processes and material replenishment strategies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Generate and analyze basic reports using Excel to monitor inventory, material shortages, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure continuous improvement of warehouse operations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS in engineer or similar.
• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Production Control Supervisor, Materials Supervisor, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials management.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and material handlers.
• Experience with production control and materials planning processes.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy metrics.
• Experience using ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in electronics, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Basic English.
• Availability for the night shift.
