Retail Associate - Station
Approximate schedule could be 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday and 8 am to Noon on Saturday. Schedule may vary according to business needs.
Position Overview: This role will perform customer service and general cleaning of building and grounds to keep the store presentable for customers and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to
- Daily Clean and organize storage, parking and outside areas.
- Taking out trash and general dusting.
- Assist customers (phone, counter & pumps) with sales during busy times.
- Handle and load customer merchandise purchases
- Ability to accurately invoice customers on computer during busy times.
- Stock Shelves
- Water nursery stock
- Use company safety guidelines to perform daily tasks
- Able to learn job specific computer skills.
- Handle products with care to minimize loss.
- Communicate with retail manager on supply needs, inventory, and pricing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional and courteous attitude
- Must be self-motivated
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 55 pounds repeatedly
- Able to stand, lift, sit, walk and bend
