OUR TEAM
In the Engineering Team, we design and deliver automation solutions that improve manufacturing performance, optimize investment, and support Michelin's digital transformation journey.
MISSION
In this role, you will:
1. Lead automation and industrial projects: Develop and deliver automation solutions for industrial investment projects by conducting feasibility studies, defining technical requirements, and ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and project delivery.
2. Manage engineering design and system integration: Lead equipment design and integration activities while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality systems, and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Drive innovation and cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, maintenance, and project teams to implement innovative automation technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields
2 - 8 years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, automation project engineering, or manufacturing automation
Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks, instrumentation, and control systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
Business proficiency in Thai and English
Strong learning mindset and willingness to develop new technical expertise
Preferred
Interest in Industry 4.0, AI applications, digital engineering, and smart manufacturing technologies
Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools
