This senior leadership role sits within the Bupa Global Asia Executive Team and offers the opportunity to influence growth across Hong Kong and wider Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the intermediary distribution strategy across corporate, SME and individual customer segments.

  • Drive new market growth across the Asian health insurance market.

  • Build strong broker relationships to drive growth and customer outcomes.

  • Lead new business and account management teams.

  • Deliver sales, retention and renewal targets.

  • Partner with pricing, underwriting and business teams to achieve profitable growth.

  • Contribute to strategic planning as a member of the Asia Executive Team.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of around 15 colleagues.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent track record of sales delivery within the Asian insurance market

  • Proven ability to deliver new market entry and develop cross-border relationships

  • Managing broker or intermediary relationships – essential

  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen

  • Great leadership skills, ability to inspire and manage dynamic sales team

  • Strategic mindset and gravitas to engage with Executive level stakeholders.
