Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Manage purchase orders end-to-end (PR → PO → delivery)
Track shipments, handle delays, and manage escalations
Daily communication with suppliers regarding lead times, quantities, and pricing
Manage open orders and shortage situations proactively
Work closely with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Planning, Quality, Logistics
Maintain accurate data in systems (pricing, supplier details, terms)Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Assertiveness and ability to drive supplier performance
High level of organization and attention to detail
Team player with a service-oriented approach
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a similar purchasing/procurement role within a global industrial company.
Experience working with global suppliers is an advantage.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
