Location: Munich, Germany (100% On-site at Isartor, 07:30 start)
Department: Sales – DACH Corporate Treasury Solutions
Compensation: €45,000 – €55,000 base salary + uncapped commission (six-figure OTE potential)
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (High ambition prioritized over years of experience)

As the premier non-bank provider of foreign exchange (FX) risk management solutions, our firm processes over $200 billion in annual FX flows, combining high-speed execution with strategic advisory services for mid-market corporate clients.
We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Portfolio Sales Representative to join our 26-person team in Munich. This is an intensive, high-reward role where you will build your client portfolio from scratch, prospect finance leaders at mid-market corporations (€20M–€500M revenue), and learn to structure complex FX risk management transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Research: Identify and qualify DACH mid-market companies with international FX, interest rate, or commodity exposure.
- Outbound Outreach: Proactively engage C-level executives, CFOs, and Finance Directors through high-volume cold outreach and phone engagement.
- Discovery & Pitching: Present risk management solutions, build interest, and secure initial discovery meetings.
- Deal Execution: Partner with senior strategists during client conversations, progressively taking full ownership from prospecting to trade execution.
- Portfolio Management: Build, manage, and continuously grow a profitable portfolio of corporate clients.
- Pipeline Management: Track activity metrics (call volume, talk time, new leads) to meet performance and revenue targets.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Language Proficiency: Native/C2 German and minimum C1 English fluency.
- Drive & Resilience: A true "hunter" mindset with strong discipline for cold calling and high-volume outbound activity.
- On-Site Commitment: Fully committed to a 100% office-based schedule in Munich (Isartor) starting at 07:30 AM.
