About the Role

The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the site. Acting as the local site lead, you will support day-to-day activities, maintain operational standards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-presented site environment.

• Support the day-to-day operation of the site, including managing operational supplies and resources.

• Coordinate waste management and site housekeeping activities.

• Manage site access controls, including accountability for site keys.

• Serve as the primary local contact for bp, GSF, and maintenance providers on operational matters.

• Coordinate and follow through on maintenance requests to support reliable site operations.

• Identify and escalate safety, security, or operational concerns as appropriate.

• Build positive working relationships with stakeholders to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, facilities, customer service, or operational environments.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and compliance.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
