Job Description
The Office Administrator manages day-to-day office operations, coordinates administrative procedures, and ensures an efficient workplace.
Essential Functions:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients with a positive attitude, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing phone calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain office security by following safety protocols and managing visitors sign in logbook.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as ordering office supplies, preparing sheets for production time, managing warranty cards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/letters. Including mail distribution and mail metering machine operation and supplies.
- Help Support and organize company functions.
- Kit and assemble parts for the printed circuit board area.
- Sort and prepare purchase orders for mailing.
- Help HR with new employee onboarding.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a well-organized workspace.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in standard computer and office equipment operation, including Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
