What You’ll Do
As a Material Handler II, you will be responsible for safely moving materials and supporting production operations throughout our facility. Your day may include:
• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Supplying production lines with resin, packaging materials, and other production supplies
• Removing and staging finished goods for shipment or warehouse storage
• Supporting production schedules by ensuring materials are available when needed
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Performing inventory transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Conducting daily forklift inspections and following all safety procedures
• Maintaining organized, clean, and safe work areas
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
• Plastics injection molding experience
• Experience with ERP, barcode scanning, or inventory systems
• Familiarity with resin handling and drying systems
• Experience supporting mold changes and production operations

Work Environment
This position works in a climate controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to production equipment, forklifts, varying temperatures, and industrial noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
