Job Description :

Your Job: We need high-performing, experienced Clinical Data Specialist that is responsible for the abstraction, analysis, investigation, reporting and follow-up for quality indicators/measures from internal and external initiatives to improve patient care, processes of care and outcomes. Your Job Requirements: • Associate or Bachelor's degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience • CPHQ or other quality certification preferred • Current license in the State of Texas as a registered or licensed vocational nurse preferred • 3 – 5 years clinical experience preferable in general medical/surgical nursing or patient care; or 3-5 years experience as a healthcare professional Your Job Responsibilities: • Communicate clearly and openly • Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment • Be accountable for your performance • Always look for ways to improve the patient experience • Take initiative for your professional growth • Be engaged and eager to build a winning team

Methodist Southwest Medical Center, previously known as Methodist Charlton Medical Center, is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Lancaster, and Glen Heights in southwestern Dallas County.
