Partner with business, IT, security, and application teams to discover, assess, and document applications, systems, data repositories, and access control models used across the organizations.
Analyze application, system and data platform purpose, business processes, sensitive data exposure, authentication methods, authorization models, and existing and new security configurations for RBAC readiness, including security design opportunities and access control gaps.
Stay updated on the latest security trends and design solutions to integrate them into Micron’s security framework.
Bringing to bear AI powered tools and other technologies to improve analysis, research, and operational efficiency.
Support program maturity and broaden your skills by contributing and leading special projects that expand RBAC coverage and access governance across the enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and IAM platforms/integrations, with SailPoint experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with directory services (AD, LDAP, Entra ID, Unix LDAP), data platforms (GCP, Snowflake), and governance of structured and unstructured data sources.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing complex systems, large datasets, ambiguous ownership models, and data-driven reporting using Excel and AI-powered tools.
Self-motivated, diligent, and collaborative professional with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and organizational boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on RBAC preferred.
Experience with configurable security setups in tools like SharePoint, Tableau, Confluence, PowerBI, or similar platforms is preferred.
