Oversee the day-to-day operation of a Marketing Office. Meet and exceed retail agent client service expectations through managing an internal sales team. These teams consist of various levels of Account Executives (AEs) responsible for timely premium finance loan preparation, term/pricing analysis and negotiation, and loan processing/funding. Be responsible for planning, expense control and human resource supervision.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Oversee and/or perform quoting, underwriting and pricing activities for Marketing Office. Ensures that pricing is competitive, underwriting is complete and accurate, and credit and profitability standards are maintained.
2. Ensure a high level of agent client service is maintained. Responsible for timely delivery of quotes, contracts, loan processing/ funding and other information as requested/required by customers. Resolve customer service issues as they arise.
3. Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers that enhance sales for the Region, and routinely reinforce and coach AE staff on internal sales and relationship building techniques.
4. Oversee internal sales responsibilities which include outbound calls to improve sales, following up on and soliciting business opportunities, and marketing campaigns to raise the organization's visibility in the Region at both the transaction and relationship level.
5. Track and report on all aspects of Regional performance, including but not limited to loan unit success, amount financed loan volume, spread, late charges and profitability. Research and analyze lost quote opportunities for potential improvements in training, process or pricing that will lead to increased sales.
6. Oversee processing of loan documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements. Responsible for establishing loan funding arrangements and approving loans for funding within assigned authority limits. Oversee and approve verifications of loan details prior to and in some cases after loan processing exceptions.
7. Hire, train, manage and evaluate the performance of all AEs.
8. Analyze, review and make relationship level agent appointment recommendations to RMs.
9. Make joint sales calls with outside sales associates to develop, maintain and further institutionalize agent accounts (preferably with decision makers of top 20% of agent clients).
10. Approve credit risk and pricing within assigned limits
11. Manage logistical operations of the Marketing Office.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business-related field or equivalent education and related training
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to effectively interact with various personalities/groups on the telephone and in person
4. Exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills
5. Strong analytical, math and problem solving acumen
6. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other common desktop PC applications
7. Deep people, process and results managerial ability
8. Proven record of sound decision making and sustained high managerial performance
9. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Commercial insurance or financial services experience
2. Salesforce.com or related CRM usage and experience
For a salary/hourly range: The annual base salary for this position is $90,000-110,000.
