Summary:
MS Technology is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support the full contract and procurement lifecycle supporting federal, commercial, and nuclear industry programs. This position is responsible for contract support, procurement activities, supplier administration, proposal support, compliance support, and contract closeouts. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Government contracts and procurements while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations.

Location: Onsite and/or Hybrid in Tennessee 
Salary Range: Depending on experience 


Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration customer contracts and subcontracts from award through closeout, including modifications.
  • Review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, teaming agreements, and purchase order terms and conditions.
  • Administer purchasing workflows including PR & PO creation and routing in support of project.
  • Issue and administer subcontracts, ensuring proper contractual flow-downs and supplier certifications.
  • Support supplier solicitations and support subcontractor and vendor quote requests.
  • Maintain supplier files, W-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
  • Support proposal teams through compliance reviews, contract analysis, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support entity registrations and renewals required for government contracting activities.
  • Perform contract and subcontract closeout activities and support internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of contracts, procurement, or subcontract administration experience in a federal, DOE, DoD, or nuclear-adjacent environment.
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and 2 CFR 200 requirements.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, teaming agreements, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
  • Strong contract review, redlining, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and contract management systems.
  • Excellent written and: verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NCMA Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
  • Experience with supplier solicitations, procurement systems, and government entity registrations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Unanet ERP.
  • Knowledge of NQA-1 Procurement policies and procedures.
