Junior Tax Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure monthly tax reporting (VAT, WHT, CIT) and related tax returns are filed timely and accurately
• Prepare and review tax reconciliations between tax returns and accounting system records
• Archive and organized all taxation documents
• Assist in tax inspections, audits, and external inquiries, provide compliance documentation as necessary
• Provide insights to changes in tax laws and regulations, ensure the company keep updated and comply
• Assist business and finance department projects, provide taxation insights & guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or taxation from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a high-growth organization or a start-up company (preferably e-commerce industry)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and GSheets
• Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Self-driven, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be full WFO in Bandung
