The Role

• Lead complex estimates for large-scale low division construction projects
• Oversee the estimating process from RFP to proposal delivery
• Coordinate with operations, PMs, and leadership to shape the bid strategy
• Review drawings, specs, Geotech reports, and site logistics
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, subs, and clients
• Track industry trends and adjust pricing assumptions accordingly

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years of estimating experience in commercial or concrete construction
• Deep understanding of structural systems, logistics, and market conditions
• Expert-level proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (Bluebeam, OST, Excel)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Confidence in presenting to executives, clients, and stakeholders
• A solutions-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit
