In this role, you will be instrumental in mapping and optimizing business processes, fostering the hands-on adoption of Generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini) to eliminate waste, and maintaining the key SharePoint and collaboration platforms that power our team's workflows.
This position is ideal for an ambitious professional with 1–3 years of experience who has a passion for operational excellence and a hands-on approach to leveraging technology to drive business efficiency.
Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Serve as the coordinator for productivity and digital transformation initiatives—tracking project milestones, managing deliverables, and preparing regular status updates for stakeholders.
- Feedback & Optimization Loops: Gather and analyze user feedback on process changes and AI adoption metrics, identifying friction points and contributing to iterative enhancements.
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver basic training materials, quick-reference guides, and support resources for end-users on SharePoint best practices and AI productivity techniques.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain basic reports and interactive dashboards to track project statuses, process improvement outcomes, and tool adoption metrics.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication and operational synchronization between business units, project teams, and IT support to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in project coordination, business analysis, continuous improvement, or a process-focused role.
- SharePoint Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience with SharePoint Online site administration, list/library configuration, and permission management.
- AI Literacy: Active, hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) or other AI-powered automation solutions to solve daily productivity challenges.
- Technical & Programming Skills: Proficient in VBA (for spreadsheet automation) and JSON (specifically for SharePoint advanced column formatting and Power Automate custom schemas).
- Data & BI Tools: Proven capability to develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt required, Green Belt preferred).
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of the broader Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Visio.
- Prior experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

- Attention to Detail: High organizational abilities with a focus on data accuracy, comprehensive documentation, and system integrity.
- Change Enablement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an innate ability to teach, guide, and support users transitioning to new technologies.
- Adaptability: A proactive learner who stays ahead of emerging technology trends (particularly in low-code automation and AI).
