JOB SUMMARY: To perform the everyday functions of the Assembly operations


SCHEDULE: 2nd Shift, 10 hour/ Monday-Thursday


ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

¨ On-site regular, reliable attendance is required.

¨ Understanding the basic operation of assembly equipment

¨ Interpretation and use of Manufacturing process sheets

¨ Maintain daily clerical records on production and quality as required

¨ Report any problems to Cook Assembly Manager

¨ Perform in- process Quality checks of product produced using appropriate tools and/or gauges

¨ Demonstrate high degree of accuracy

¨ Maintain established safety rules and regulations

¨ Work efficiently, making effective use of time

¨ Maintain an orderly and clean work area

¨ Demonstrate creativity in recommending improvements

¨ Punctuality

¨ Attendance

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

¨ Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor/lead

¨ Work safely at all times

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

¨ Good verbal and written communication skills

¨ Caliper and micrometer knowledge

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

¨ Inspection procedures and any special inspection equipment training will also be provided

¨ MSDS

¨ Quality Policy

¨ ISO: 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016

¨ Safety
