The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Coordinating and managing trade document creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch across air, ocean, ground, import, and export activities
Supporting regional trade compliance processes across U.S. and LATAM operations, including customs clearance and certificate management activities
Acting as a subject matter resource for team members by providing operational guidance, troubleshooting support, and coverage across multiple workstreams
Providing end-to-end support across all trade compliance processes, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of trade operations activities
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
2–4 years of equivalent work experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset
Previous experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Project management experience
Transition experience
