This position will be responsible for performing service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, interior finishes, and appliance servicing while maintaining a safe and friendly environment.

Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Works in a team environment in a primary response role to complete maintenance inspections, repairs, and preparation of guest units.
- Assist with preventative maintenance duties and repairs throughout the resort common areas.
- Assist guests and staff in the resolution of unit maintenance concerns, complaints, and questions.
- Drive between MasterCorp sites within the day to perform duties.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Experience and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate
- 1-3 years of experience as a Preventative Maintenance Tech or similar skilled trade
- Proficient skills in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry and electrical
- Knowledge of hand and power tools and a mechanical aptitude.
- Maintenance experience with a resort and/or hotel experience preferred
Other Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit (Age 21 or older, Acceptable driving record, Valid State Issued Driver’s License, and Acceptable Drug Screen Results)
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow written instruction
Travel Requirements
- Frequently between sites during the course of the workday
Work Environment
- This job operates in an environment with odors and/or dust. Additionally, this job requires working with and around cleaning chemicals and maintenance chemicals related to plumbing or other trades as well as paint and related chemicals

The Preventative Maintenance Technician is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
Physical Requirements:
This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the
