Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Shape the future: You contribute to projects involving AI agents, multi-agent systems, and emerging capabilities on platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini Enterprise, and Microsoft Copilot Focus on the future: You explore and evaluate AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Agent Studio, and other low-code/no-code solutions to identify business applications Keep your colleagues informed: You support the planning, coordination, and content creation of our internal AI newsletter by translating complex AI success stories into engaging communication Experience project management: You take an active role in organizing our annual AI Strategy event across hybrid, onsite, and remote formats, supporting program development, stakeholder coordination, communication, and follow-up activities Be Creative: You develop presentations, articles, guides, and other enablement materials that make AI concepts accessible to diverse audiences Identify Needs: You gather stakeholder feedback and help identify opportunities to support AI strategy, adoption, and communication initiatives Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study Field: You are currently enrolled in a master's degree program or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, Innovation Management, Data Science, Event Management, or a related field Interests: You have a strong interest in agentic and generative AI and are eager to explore emerging technologies and their business impact Experience: You have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: AI, communications, editorial work, event coordination, strategy, or consulting Work Style: You excel at managing multiple activities and stakeholders, communicate complex topics clearly, and work in a structured and detail-oriented manner Personality: You are a collaborative, curious, and proactive team player who is self-organized and comfortable working in a hybrid environment Skills: You ideally have experience with OpenAI, Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio, low-code/no-code AI platforms, or vibe coding approaches Please attach the following documents to your

studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is
limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. · Proper students (according to the German law) are
welcome : To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a
university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree
programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming
you to our team for at least 6 months. · You should live close to the site : For good
collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly
