Senior Inside Homeowner Property Claims Examiner | Remote

Our client is continuing to expand their Homeowner Property footprint and seeking to add an experienced Senior Inside Homeowners Property Claims Adjuster to join their growing team! This position will be responsible for handling moderate to complex residential property claims from initial assignment through resolution while providing timely and professional service throughout the claims process.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property claims and be comfortable managing files independently in a customer-focused environment. Experience with Guidewire, ImageRight, and Xactimate is required. This is a fully remote position!
 
Responsibilities

• Manage homeowners property claims from initial assignment through final resolution.
• Investigate and evaluate residential property losses, including reviewing coverage, damages, estimates, documentation, and supporting claim information.
• Review inspection findings, photographs, repair estimates, contractor documentation, and other claim-related materials to determine appropriate settlement amounts.
• Prepare and review property damage estimates using Xactimate.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and file activity within Guidewire and ImageRight.

 
Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of homeowners' property claims adjusting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong experience handling residential property claims from investigation through settlement.
• Guidewire & ImageRight experience is required.
• Xactimate property estimating experience is strongly 
• Strong understanding of homeowners policies, property damage evaluation, coverage analysis, estimating, reserving, and settlement practices.
• Ability to independently manage a property claims inventory in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, customer service, and written communication skills.

 
Salary & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience + 10-15% bonus
