Leasing Consultant – Spain
We're always keen to connect with talented leasing professionals in Spain. The leasing market moves fast, and we want to build relationships with top talent in Spain's most dynamic real estate markets.
As part of JLL's agency platform—which serves clients across retail, logistics, and office asset classes, you will specialize in a specific sector, working to deliver exceptional service while contributing to our goal of market leadership through service excellence and unwavering ethical standards.
What This Role Involves
End-to-End Project Leadership
Lead leasing projects and mandates from initial acquisition or generation through to successful transaction closure
Generate new leasing and sale opportunities with clients: companies, developers, and property owners
Develop comprehensive Business Plans for each asset under your responsibility
Achieve annual objectives agreed with the Area Director
Mandate Acquisition & Asset Marketing
Prospect and identify quality assets through networking, market intelligence, databases, press, and digital channels
Analyze key parameters including asset location, market positioning, competitive environment, and pricing dynamics
Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates with property owners
Maintain regular communication with landlords on marketing progress and strategy adjustments
Tenant Identification & Transaction Management
Proactively identify and engage potential tenants suitable for each mandate
Analyze tenant needs and requirements to match them with optimal assets
Conduct market analysis and comparative rental studies
Manage the complete leasing process from mandate signature through to lease execution
Prepare qualitative and financial analysis reports for clients
Provide strategic advice on lease negotiations and transaction structuring
Collaboration & Business Development
Work in a highly collaborative team environment, contributing your skills within your department and across JLL's business lines
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and market participants
Deliver exceptional client service through empathy, responsiveness, and market expertise
Does This Look Like You?
Essential Requirements
University degree in Law, Business, Real Estate, or related field
Previous experience in real estate transactional roles preferred
Advanced level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of the Spanish market and familiarity with landlords, developers, and market dynamics
Skills & Competencies
Excellent negotiation skills with a decisive, results-oriented approach
Strong commercial acumen and proven business development capabilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and financial analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
Strong team player with collaborative spirit and willingness to work across business lines
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in business management software and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
Driving license
