Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also entails supporting transformation initiatives by preparing business cases and assisting in the execution of strategic projects to ensure successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing business solutions within human capital management frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. - Proficient in leveraging technology to optimize business operations and support transformation initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
