Join our Support Office team and become a key player in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

As an Associate Logistics Analyst, you will be part of the Deliver organization, supporting our largest distribution center in EMEA to help serve our customers with great performance. In this role, you will support day-to-day logistics operations by monitoring shipments, analysing supply chain data and help resolve operational issues. A key part of the role is supporting and improving logistics processes to ensure internal and external requirements are met. The position also provides opportunities to contribute to local and global projects, helping identify process improvements and support their implementation.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your logistics knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of supply chain operations.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Monitor shipments and logistics activities to support timely and efficient deliveries.
• Support the investigation and root cause analysis of shipment, delivery, and operational issues.
• Escalate urgent logistics issues that may affect service, cost, or compliance.
• Prepare and maintain reports, metrics, and other data to support logistics performance and decision-making.
• Promote and support a continuous improvement culture within logistics operations.
• Participate in (strategic) projects and support the implementation of process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to help improve service levels, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Understanding of shipment tracking, order fulfillment, and exception management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• SAP – ERP Experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility, curiosity and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• You can build lasting relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in root cause analysis, issue resolution, or process improvement is preferred.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
