Plan and organise quality Integrated Early Childhood and Intergenerational programs in conjunction with the principal.
Maintain the holistic development and care for the children, while ensuring that the environment is safe and meets the needs of the parents and children.
Develop and implement teaching and learning approaches which are both emergent and structured and will enrich the learning experiences for the children (and family members) in both English and Mandarin.
Facilitate positive and constructive engagement with parents and the community through informal and formal social and educational events.
Assist the principal in the management of operations: student admission, planning, and procurement.
Be involved in staff/parent development activities.
To cooperate with the local Association and participate in Association activities.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (DECCE-T) and the Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education Leadership (DECCE-L) or its equivalent (ECE Diploma).
- Facility in both English and Mandarin teaching
- Be a strong advocate for children’s rights and possess strong interpersonal skills which will convey the importance of multi-generational living to parents and stakeholders.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a desire to create and extend the goals of the current program.
