JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Controller area of the NoLA Cluster Sales Company is seeking a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in Price and Revenue Management to support the organization with strategic, financial, and commercial analysis aimed at driving optimal business decisions.
The position is responsible for supporting the pricing process of the NoLA Cluster by monitoring overall pricing strategy, sales trends, and competitive movements, ensuring full visibility of Gross Sales and Discounts. The role includes developing, optimizing, and managing pricing strategies supported by advanced analytics, automated reporting, and strong commercial insights.
This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure pricing decisions maximize profitability and reflect true value across the entire value chain. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with BI tools, solid commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of pricing structures, market dynamics, and value creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing Strategy & Value Chain Analysis
- Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing models across product segments and regions.
- Conduct value chain and margin analysis to ensure pricing reflects true cost-to-serve and market positioning.
- Support pricing governance and ensure compliance with global and regional policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and elasticity to recommend data-driven adjustments.
- Perform regular profit improvement analysis and identify pricing leakage.
Business Intelligence & Automation
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Automate recurring pricing and performance reports using BI tools, SQL, Python, or Excel VBA where relevant.
- Ensure data integrity, efficient data flows, and scalability of pricing analytics.
- Implement KPIs to track pricing effectiveness, customer behavior, and revenue performance.
Commercial Business Partnering
- Act as a business partner in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership, providing insights that support decision-making.
- Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Support commercial teams during negotiations with robust data, price simulations, and profitability scenarios.
- Facilitate pricing reviews and present analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
Report & Performance Management
- Own and continuously improve pricing dashboards and analytics for leadership visibility.
- Track price implementation outcomes, revenue uplift, and margin impact.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance decision-making speed and accuracy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and ideally Power Query.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other automation/scripting tools is a plus.
- Understanding statistical analysis, forecasting models, and scenario simulations.
- Strong financial and pricing analytics capabilities.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, business intelligence, or commercial analysis.
- Experience with value chain analysis, pricing structure design, and margin management.
- Proven track record in creating automated dashboards and scalable reporting solutions.
