Requirements:
You will keep our business running smoothly by tackling a wide variety of hands-on technical and mechanical challenges in diesel trucks.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix issues for our drivers.
- Preventative Maintenance: Run routine checks and oil changes on 18-wheelers.
- Respond to Emergencies: Handle urgent repair requests safely and efficiently to minimize driver downtime.
You are a skilled, independent troubleshooter who takes pride in high-quality workmanship:
- Technical Experience: No experience required, we will train you on-site.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate our company vehicle.
- Problem Solver: Ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and figure out mechanical solutions without constant supervision.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and ability to pass a physical as well as a background check including DMV and drug screen.
