Logistics Coordinator II
Location: Remote
Salary: $65,000 with bonus opportunity.
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, Day Shift

About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator II, you'll play a critical role in ensuring fuel deliveries are executed safely, efficiently, and on time. You'll serve as a central point of contact for drivers, customers, carriers, and internal teams while managing dispatch operations and resolving transportation challenges in real time.

What You'll Do
Coordinate Transportation Operations
- Analyze customer fuel delivery requirements and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Build and manage daily dispatch schedules while optimizing delivery efficiency.
- Coordinate transportation activities with drivers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assign loads to third-party carriers and ensure timely acceptance and execution.
- Partner with Supply teams to identify the best sourcing and lift-point strategies.
Support Customers & Drivers
- Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation-related inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate closely with drivers to ensure delivery schedules are met and challenges are addressed quickly.
- Proactively anticipate service disruptions and implement recovery solutions.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Report, document, and follow up on accidents, spills, and safety-related incidents.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service levels.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with Transportation, Supply, Customer Service, Safety, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate transportation planning and scheduling across multiple regions.
- Help ensure seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or related operational experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience in petroleum, fuel transportation, dispatching, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazardous materials handling.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
