What you'll do...
Role summary:Lead the strategy and execution for Homepage, Notifications, and other platform products that help merchants stay informed by connecting signals from across the merchandising ecosystem into personalized, actionable experiences. The role will partner with product, engineering, design, and business teams to build reusable platform capabilities that deliver timely, relevant information at enterprise scale. This is a unique opportunity to redefine how merchants stay informed, aligned, and ready to act throughout their day.

Our team develops an AI-native merchandising platform that empowers the merchandising organization by building shared services to govern and scale applications efficiently. Leveraging advanced technologies and data-driven insights, the team enhances product strategy and roadmap management. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, members drive innovation and operational excellence to deliver scalable solutions. The team applies strong project and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex challenges and ensure alignment with business goals. Continuous improvement and strategic thinking are central to maximizing impact across the merchandising domain.
What you'll do:
- Define and own multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business objectives.
- Build deep customer and market understanding through data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis to inform product priorities.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
- Drive data-driven decision making using experimentation and advanced analytics to validate assumptions and optimize outcomes.
- Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation opportunities.
- Mentor product managers on strategy, roadmap development, and launch readiness.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful execution of product plans.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product direction.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and operational data analysis.
- Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and trade-offs aligned with business outcomes.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to product innovation.
- Demonstrated mentorship capabilities to develop less experienced product managers.

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-10929: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
