Expense Implementation LeadYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will support the global Travel & Expense (T&E) organization as a key business partner, serving as the primary point of contact for multiple regions and countries. In this role, you will drive operational excellence by ensuring efficient service delivery, policy compliance, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of T&E processes and systems.

You will be mainly accountable for :-
- Lead and support Travel & Expense (T&E) operations, serving as the primary point of contact across multiple regions and countries.
- Drive SAP Concur implementation and optimization initiatives, including process documentation and system enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and deliver reporting, training, policy guidance, and process improvement solutions.
- Manage operational issues, stakeholder escalations, and ensure compliance with T&E policies, audit requirements, and corporate standards.
- Analyze T&E data, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and provide insights to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and Audit, to support global T&E programs and business objectives.
Qualification for the role: -
- Any bachelor’s degree with specialization in Travel & Tourism would be added advantage.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) operations with proven project management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Concur, SAP, travel booking tools, and related T&E technologies.
- Hands-on experience in travel, expenses, and corporate credit card operations, ensuring policy compliance and process efficiency.
- Experience working in a Shared Services or BPO environment is preferred.
