Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manages the development and/or implementation of Motorola Solutions products or services.
Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded existing products or services.
Manages projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project performance.
Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics.
Participates in project review and status meetings, and communicates project status.
Utilizes six sigma and project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
Motivates project team to ensure optimal performance.
May assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Must have prior people Management experience for this position.
Must be willing to travel (75%) as required for this position.
Must be willing to work remotely in the United States.
Must be skilled in using Microsoft Project and similar applications for project schedule planning.
Must have experience with project risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies.
Must be a self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
PMP Certification Preferred.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass and maintain CJIS Security and Privacy: Privileged Role certification requirements.
Target Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
Required Skills:
High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, Project Management, or Technology.
5+ years of Public Safety, Project Management, or Program Management experience managing complex deployments is required.
Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
