Your New Role
Looking to work at the intersection of programs, learning, and data? Join WBD as an Early Talent Intern and gain hands-on experience in designing and managing early career programs. You’ll support internships and graduate initiatives, contribute to learning journeys, and use data-driven insights to improve program outcomes and experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support execution of early talent programs, including internships, graduate hiring, and onboarding
- Contribute to building learning journeys and engagement initiatives
- Analyze data across hiring and program lifecycle to generate insights
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
- Conduct research on early talent trends and program best practices
- Collaborate with teams across Talent Acquisition, PCC, and LCD
Who This Role Is For
- Pursuing Masters/MBA in HR, Analytics, Psychology, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar tools)
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Learning & Growth
In this role, you’ll gain:
- Exposure to end-to-end early talent programs in a global organization
- Experience in learning design and program management
- Hands-on work with data, reporting, and insights
- Opportunity to work on real, high-impact projects
Core Requirements
- Education: Pursuing Masters/MBA in HR, Analytics, Psychology, or related field
- Eligibility: Graduating in 2028
- Location: Hyderabad
- Preferred Start Date: Summer 2027
