Legal & Compliance Lawyer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs (LCPA) team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
 

The ill provide legal and compliance support across multiple legal entities. The role supports a broad range of legal activities including research, document preparation, contract and correspondence review, and coordination of legal document execution and preparation with notaries public and external counsel.
 

We will count on you to:
• Support assigned legal and compliance matters and projects, including NDAs, engagement letters, service agreements, document review, legal research, and drafting/review of basic contracts
• Assist senior lawyers with more complex matters, including the development and maintenance of templates
• Support assigned compliance matters and projects, including licensing, monitoring, investigations, data gathering and synthesis, reporting, and task management
• Manage processes and filings with external law firms and notaries

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho)
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in legal and/or regulatory compliance, including compliance and contract review
• Intermediate-advanced English
