Some of the things we’d like you to do:

• Lead Strategic Measurement & Testing: Propose and develop learning agendas and quarterly measurement plans
• Orchestrate the setup, monitoring, and analysis of testing frameworks, including Conversion Lift Studies (CLS), Matched Market Testing (MMT), and Brand Lift Studies (BLS)
• Deliver Actionable Insights & Storytelling: Create "Hero" and General CLS results into cohesive, compelling narratives that ladder up to broader business goals
• Take ownership of end-to-end document creation and lead clint presentations with key stakeholders, including ML, MLMO, and PMM teams
• Manage critical timelines for inflight optimisations, Datalink, and Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) creation
• Oversee the maintenance of launch dashboards, daily budget tracking, and ensure strict alignment on ULS naming conventions and approved measurement solutions
• Operational Excellence & Tooling: Troubleshoot implementation issues, (e.g., tactic-level optimization mapping and PA naming discrepancies)
• Ensure pacing dashboards and quarterly budgets are accurately populated and maintained
• Team Leadership & Cross-Capability Collaboration: Manage close working relationship and regular contact with wider Pixel team analysts ensuring your team delivers on-time, high-quality execution
• You will build trusted relationships with activation, planning, and incrementality teams to integrate analytics seamlessly into the overall client strategy

A bit about yourself:

• 6+ years of experience in a data & insight role, with practical expertise in digital campaign measurement for both Direct Response and Brand Awareness
• Proven Leadership: 2+ years of management experience with a demonstrated ability to estimate project scope, resolve issues proactively, and foster morale within a team
• Technical Proficiency: Strong capabilities in systems such as SQL, Python, or 'R', with the ability to troubleshoot platform coding issues and manage complex data inputs
• Advanced Analytical Rigour: Deep understanding of structured experimentation (e.g., GLA, Turnkey tests, MMT, CLS) and how to map regional/postcode data to test designs
• Exceptional Communication: You consistently turn complex data into visually appealing presentations, tell compelling stories that deliver broader context, and confidently guide cross-capability teams
