About the Role
This flexible, part-time position is ideal for experienced residential construction professionals who take pride in exceptional customer service. You'll serve as a key point of contact for new home buyers, helping ensure a smooth, confident transition into their new homes.
As the welcoming face and voice of our company, you'll support buyers during one of life's most exciting milestones while helping maintain high customer satisfaction and builder relationships.
While the position is primarily work-as-needed based on business demand, candidates with strong availability, flexibility, and performance may have the opportunity to receive approximately 15-20 hours of work per week on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to new home buyers and builders.
- Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs, ensuring all details are reviewed and properly documented.
- Meet with clients on-site to explain procedures, answer questions, and document potential construction-related items.
- Maintain regular communication with the Director of Field Operations and Strategic Accounts, providing updates on progress and performance.
- Submit accurate reports, photos, and documentation using company-provided technology and applications.
Travel & Work Setting:
- Remote position with field responsibilities.
- Must reside in or near the greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
- Regular local travel throughout Atlanta and surrounding communities is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Flexibility and weekday availability are essential.
Our Ideal Candidate
We're seeking motivated individuals with experience in residential construction, carpentry, installation, home inspection, renovation, project management, firefighting, insurance restoration, or similar fields.
Successful candidates bring professionalism, energy, and a genuine commitment to customer service. Candidates should have availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, and ideally be available 2-3 weekdays per week to perform customer walkthroughs and related responsibilities as scheduled.
This role is particularly well-suited for:
- Semi-retired construction professionals.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Residential construction experience strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting walkthroughs and documenting construction-related items is a plus.

- Comfortable interacting with homeowners, builders, and internal teams.
- Proficient with iPad, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Expert, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods during fieldwork.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
