Infineon's global marketing ecosystem. Working at the intersection of data and
business strategy, you'll define how we measure, report, and optimize campaign
performance, empowering teams across divisions to make data-driven decisions
that drive growth and innovation. Own and govern the Campaign Analytics measurement, tracking, and reporting strategy across channels, journeys, and divisions Serve as the Business Owner for Campaign Analytics reporting products and dashboards , translating business needs into clear analytics and reporting requirements Partner with divisional stakeholders , campaign teams, analytics partners, and Data Products teams to prioritize reporting enhancements and shape the campaign analytics roadmap Define and maintain campaign KPI frameworks, funnel definitions, attribution methodologies, and reporting standards . Lead stakeholder intake, business validation, and enablement efforts, including documentation and training , to ensure reporting solutions deliver measurable business value Drive campaign data quality, reporting governance, user acceptance testing , and stakeholder confidence in campaign performance data Analyze campaign performance and funnel conversion trends to identify optimization opportunities and support strategic decision making Own the strategy and roadmap for integrating AI-enabled analytics capabilities into campaign measurement, reporting, and optimization practices, partnering with Data, Analytics, and Technology teams to drive adoption and business value Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are able to bridge
business strategy, analytics, and technology teams within complex matrix
organizations, using strong stakeholder management, communication, and
influencing skills to align priorities and drive outcomes. Highly analytical
and structured, you are comfortable establishing governance models, standards,
and scalable processes that support consistent and effective execution. A d egree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems , or a related field Around 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, reporting strategy, business intelligence, or data strategy Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, campaign attribution, and sales funnel management Experience defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, business requirements, and measurement methodologies Experience with Tableau, Power BI , or similar reporting and analytics platforms Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging analytics, automation, and AI capabilities and translate them into scalable business requirements, processes, governance models, and adoption strategies Fluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
