Description
- Assist with installation of BAS controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices
- Pull and terminate low-voltage wiring for controls systems
- Mount and wire panels, VAV boxes, and other field equipment under supervision
- Support senior technicians during startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Read and interpret basic wiring diagrams and installation drawings
- Follow site-specific safety procedures, including PPE requirements on industrial and commercial job sites
- Learn the fundamentals of HVAC systems, controls sequences, and BAS front-end software over time.
- Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned
Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with BAS installation, checkout, and service (DDC controls, low‑voltage wiring, device calibration) is a plus.
- Strong time management; able to work independently or as part of a team; clear written/verbal communication with customers.
- OSHA 10 hour preferred.

- Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
- Ability to pass MVR check (if applicable) or must have reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a physical ability test
- Ability to travel, as needed, for projects
