Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team in Nevada. We are willing to train the right candidate, even if you have limited or no prior dental experience, as long as you are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent patient care.

As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist and dental team to support daily clinical operations and ensure a positive experience for every patient. Your responsibilities may include assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing and organizing instruments, maintaining accurate patient records, taking and developing dental X-rays as permitted, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication and organizational skills who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced dental office.

Pay Range

$19–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Dental Assistant certification or relevant training preferred

• Previous dental office experience is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
