JLL Hiring at Hyderabad Location for below roles

1. Job Title: Property Manager

• Job Summary: You will oversee all property operations, lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction. Your role is to drive value and maintain operational excellence for a premier property.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 7+ years in property or facilities management with a strong technical background. Proven leadership and budget management experience. Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, life safety).
• Preferred Qualifications: Industry certification (e.g., RPA, FMA). Experience with CMMS software.

2. Job Title: Shift In-charge

• Job Summary: You will supervise a technical team during a specific shift, coordinating maintenance activities and responding to operational issues to ensure facility uptime and safety.
• Required Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years in technical facilities operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of critical systems (power, HVAC). Experience with incident management and escalation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a 24/7 critical environment (e.g., data center). Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).

3. Job Title: Technical Manager

• Job Summary: You will provide strategic leadership for all on-site engineering and technical operations. This includes developing maintenance strategies, managing technical staff, and overseeing capital projects to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 8+ years in facilities engineering, with 3+ years in a management capacity. Expert-level knowledge of critical infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, fire protection). Experience in strategic planning and budget management.
• Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) designation. Certified Facility Manager (CFM).

4. Job Title: Infra Engineer - Electrical

• Job Summary: As the subject matter expert for electrical systems, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational integrity of the site's entire electrical infrastructure, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Required Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on experience with LV/HV systems in a commercial or industrial setting. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics. Knowledge of electrical testing and safety protocols (LOTO).
• Preferred Qualifications: Electrical license or certification. Experience with BMS and power monitoring systems (EPMS).

5. Job Title: Infra Engineer - HVAC

• Job Summary: You will specialize in the facility’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your role is to manage maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and optimize HVAC performance for energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
• Required Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale commercial HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs). Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical equipment and controls. Experience with HVAC preventive maintenance programs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS). HVAC-related certifications (e.g., universal EPA).
