Dedicated Local Class A Driver (Gordonsville DC) – ~$1,430/Wk Avg ($2.5K Bonus)
WHAT YOU EARN:
- Steady Earning Potential: Earn an average of ~$1,370 to $1,510+ per week ($71,000 to $95,000+ annually), with top earners topping $1,800+/week.
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus: Fast payouts starting after dispatch #1 ($250 at load 1, 30, 60, 120, 150 days; $500 at 90 days; $750 at 180 days).
- Fair Pay Guarantee: You get paid whichever is higher—your base CPM ($0.56 – $0.63 CPM) OR short-haul Mileage Band Pay ($40 to $90 per run).
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop on ~1,600–1,700 average weekly miles.

WHAT THE SHIFT LOOKS LIKE:
- Daily Home Time: Back home every day with a set 48-hour reset (2 consecutive fixed days off each week).
- Shift Structure: 11–14 hour shifts running 5 days on, 2 days off (night, weekend, and holiday availability required).
- Route Coverage: Dispatch out of Gordonsville, VA delivering dry & reefer retail loads into NC, VA, PA, and WV.
WHAT IS REQUIRED:
- License & Experience: Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
- Screening: Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine and hair follicle).
- Commute & Gear: Daily personal transport to and from the Gordonsville distribution facility. Slip-seat day cab operation (no pets, no riders).
