Description

Job Summary:

As a High Performance Executive Coach, you will play a critical role in shaping team performance, elevating executive capacity, and igniting a sustainable culture of excellence across the Exos @ Google APAC account. Operating as a dedicated Health & Performance (H+P) professional embedded within Google, you will orchestrate a holistic integration of physiological science, nutrition, and neuroscience to enhance leaders' internal operating states in high-stakes environments.

In this role, you will deliver high-touch, hyper-personalized 1:1 coaching to senior leaders, while dedicating your capacity to broad organizational nudging, strategic partnerships, and high-impact workshop facilitation across the region. You will help senior leaders gain agency over their biology: enabling them to down-regulate for resilience, sharpen cognitive focus for high-stakes decision-making, and sustain peak output without burnout.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Specialized Fueling, Dietetics & Organizational Nudging

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert in nutrition, fueling and energy management across the account, translating evidence-based dietary science into practical corporate performance strategies.

  • Strategic Adviser to Food@Google: Partner with the Food@Google team to design environmental nudges that subtly shift daily eating behaviors across the wider organization.

  • Educational Content Creation: Produce high-impact educational resources (micro-learning modules, digital guides) distributed broadly across Google to raise baseline health literacy.

2. 1:1 Lifestyle and Performance Coaching for Executives

  • Deliver high-touch 1:1 coaching (virtual and on-site) for senior leaders and top performers, moving beyond basic stress management to help executives direct their performance and find flow state.

  • Design and execute bespoke Gameplans that build mental and physical capacity, integrating Exos methodology across sleep, fueling, mindset, and movement.

  • Implement recovery and up-regulation protocols rooted in performance psychology to help leaders shift between high-arousal focus and deep-recovery down-regulation during periods of rapid organizational change.

  • Provide continuous, asynchronous tactical support to ensure performance strategies seamlessly integrate into a demanding executive lifestyle without adding "to-do list" fatigue.

3. Facilitation, Workshops & Google Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Lead dynamic workshops, keynotes, and team-building sessions using advanced facilitation techniques to improve leadership communication, alignment, and cohesion.

  • Proactively collaborate with key Google stakeholders, including Food@Google, Google Benefits, Leadership Development, and the Noogler (new joiner) Program.

  • Support curriculum innovation and serve as expert talent for internal media, podcasts, and regional brand activations.

4. Data, Wearables & Tech Innovation

  • Embrace and explore tech-forward tools, including wearable technologies, and the application of AI and digital performance tools, to enhance coaching delivery and client outcomes.

  • Champion and support the roll out of tech enabled coaching within the region. Actively involved in the change management efforts as we onboard both coaches and clients onto the Exos coaching platform.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Coaching Quality & Client Outcomes: Exceptional CSAT/NPS ratings and qualitative feedback from 1:1 executive coaching clients.

  • Event & Workshop Delivery: Quantity, attendance, and quality engagement scores for workshops and keynote events delivered across APAC.

  • Participant Follow-Through: Demonstrated progress in objective client baseline metrics and performance qualities.

  • Ecosystem Integration: Successful cross-functional collaborations and contributions to broader account growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Human Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Kinesiology, Sports Science, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s preferred

  • SNDA-accredited Dietitian experience

  • Current industry certification; NSCA-CSCS or NASM preferred

  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience delivering 1:1 and group performance coaching/nutrition coaching to corporate executives, high achievers, or elite populations.

  • Ability to travel as needed for keynotes and workshops, including occasional regional travel across APAC and international travel to the US for advanced Exos masterclasses and global alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one recognized coaching qualification or accreditation in executive, lifestyle, or leadership coaching (e.g., ICF, CMPC, Flow Research Collective, Korn Ferry, BetterUp, or equivalent).

  • A strong, demonstrable passion for performance psychology, neuroscience, and the science of flow, paired with an eagerness to continuously learn and develop as a coach.

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a professional environment.

  • Tech-forward mindset with high enthusiasm for leveraging wearable data, biological metrics, and emerging AI technologies to drive human performance

  • Exceptional video presence, interpersonal communication, and facilitation skills.
