Educator (Full-Time) Fixed-Term (03-05-2027) | $29.57 – $36.41 per hour | Cameron Park, NSW

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Cameron Park, located at 37 Blackwood Circuit, Cameron Park NSW 2285, on a Fixed Term full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.
What you’ll do
Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
What you’ll bring
A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check for NSW
Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
