About the role
We are looking for a Retail Store Associate to support clients at our investment brokerage store and provide a professional, seamless onboarding experience.
The role will be responsible for client account opening, platform and app guidance, investment product education, customer inquiries, documentation, and daily operational support. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams on lead follow-up, client acquisition, in-store events, marketing campaigns, and community engagement activities, while ensuring compliance and client data confidentiality.
