Purpose: Work closely with Director of Resident Program Operations to assist in confirming coverage limits and status of policies supplied by tenants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor client files for timeliness, open items, accounting and audit records, and other actions as necessary.
Respond to client and carrier requests/questions within ability/knowledge timely
Review documents such as policies, changes, endorsement and audits for accuracy.
Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Other duties as determined by client and brokers needs

Qualifications:
Current enrollment in Business program including, but not limited to Risk Management, Finance, Accounting and Marketing
Superior communications skills (written and verbal)
