Intern, D&L Data Analyst

Job Description

The role involves assisting the distribution and logistics team with data collection and analysis. The position requires communication within the supply chain team and coordination with both internal and external providers.

·       Update material master data with shipping matrix to facilitate PP/Forecast

·       Support month-end accruals

·       Enhance existing reports (FG: PP vs Forecast vs Actual; Bulk: PP vs Forecast; Bulk: GR vs IR) using Python scripts for monthly reporting and forecast reporting in Excel reports. This includes on-going data cleansing on Freight Spend Report maintained manually by FBA Team

·       To build dashboard for volume & budget forecast and actual comparison

·       To publish these reports in PBI for management review

·       To facilitate investigation on outliners

·       To update user guide

Requirements:

·   Bachelors or equivalent
