- HVAC Service Technician
- HVAC Lead Installer

Responsibilities
HVAC Service Technician
Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers while providing professional, high-quality service.
HVAC Lead Installer
Remove outdated HVAC equipment and install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems. Lead each installation with the support of an assigned helper while maintaining high standards for quality, professionalism, and efficiency.
Qualifications
Requirements
HVAC Service Technician:
- At least 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification or ability to obtain it
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment
HVAC Lead Installer:
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to lead installations with an assigned helper
- Working knowledge of applicable local inspection codes
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain it
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment
