Description
1) JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving Finance Transformation, Change Adoption and Business Process Standardisation across KPJ Group to ensure successful implementation and sustainable adoption of Enterprise Finance Solution (EFS), Shared Services and future digital initiatives. The role is accountable for organisational readiness, change management, SOP development, governance, user capability development and continuous improvement to ensure business processes remain effective before and after Go-Live.
2) PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Transformation Roadmap
Develop Finance Transformation initiatives aligned with the EFS and Shared Services roadmap.
Identify opportunities to improve finance operations through digitalisation, automation and process optimisation.
Monitor transformation progress and benefits realisation.
Change Management
Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Finance functions.
Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
Coordinate organisational readiness activities before implementation and Go-Live.
Monitor user readiness and change adoption.
Drive Business Process Standardisation
Review and standardise Finance business processes across Group, hospitals and Shared Services.
Eliminate redundant manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices and Group Finance policies.
Develop and maintain SOPs, Policies & Governance Frameworks
Develop and maintain SOPs, Process Maps, RACI Matrix and Finance Policies.
Establish governance frameworks and internal controls.
Ensure documentation remains updated following system enhancements or process improvements.
Coordinate Training & Capability Development
Plan and coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End User Training (EUT).
Develop user manuals, work instructions and knowledge repositories. Establish adoption measures and monitor user participation, competency, system usage and compliance with new processes.
Identify resistance, capability gaps and adoption issues and implement targeted interventions.
Coordinate business readiness confirmation and support the transition to new Finance processes and Shared Services ways of working.
Monitor User Adoption & Benefits Realisation
Measure user adoption, process compliance and operational readiness.
Track Finance Transformation KPIs and benefits realisation.
Recommend continuous improvement initiatives based on operational performance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Engage Business Process Owners, Shared Services, Hospitals, Subsidiaries and Project Teams.
Facilitate workshops, awareness sessions and transformation briefings.
Provide periodic progress updates to Management and Steering Committee.
Leadership, Risk Management & Management Reporting
Perform any other Finance Transformation or Change Adoption initiatives assigned by the General Manager or Group Chief Financial Officer.
3) JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
Able to communicate and write effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operational.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business readiness and user adoption.
Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple business entities.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP implementation is preferred.
Experience in Finance Shared Services, healthcare or a multi-entity Group environment is an advantage.
Knowledge of MFRS/IFRS, internal controls and Finance operations is desirable.
Strong knowledge of Finance operations and Business Process Improvement.
Knowledge of change of process methodologies and organisational change principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation and governance frameworks.
Good planning, organisation and time management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio).
