As a Medical Research Practitioner at ICON, you will conduct clinical research activities, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements while contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering clinical research work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting clinical research activities in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate site initiation, patient recruitment, and data collection for clinical trials.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adverse events, and other critical study-related information.
- Participating in the development of study materials, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study manuals.
- Staying updated on medical research trends and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of clinical trial operations.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Previous experience in clinical research or related roles, with a strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of ethics and professionalism in all research activities.
