Essential Functions

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Review and assess daily patient charts for completeness and accuracy.

• Oversee and manage inventory processes, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper

storage of supplies.

• Perform weekly inspections of clinic equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety

and operational standards.

• Conduct regular in-house storage counts to ensure proper organization and inventory

control.

• Oversee and ensure proper spore testing and autoclaving procedures are conducted in

compliance with safety regulations.

• Ensure that pharmaceutical waste is handled and disposed of according to regulatory

guidelines.

• Provide ongoing training and retraining for staff to ensure adherence to clinic

procedures and protocols.

• Ensure the proper organization and storage of clinic supplies, and place orders as

necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.

• Perform audits on binders and laboratory records to ensure accuracy and compliance

with clinic standards.

• Regularly perform quality control checks to ensure that clinical procedures and

documentation are accurate and meet required standards.

• Review and sign off employees on training as necessary to ensure that documentation is

completed accurately and timely.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff, ensuring policies and procedures

are followed consistently.

• Interview, hire, and onboard new clinic staff as necessary to ensure proper staffing

levels.

• Process medical records requests in accordance with clinic protocols and privacy

regulations.

• Assist the front office team by addressing questions, concerns, and supporting

operational needs as they arise.

• Communicate policy changes and new protocols to the team, ensuring they are

understood and followed.

• Coordinate coverage for staff absences, including call-outs, vacations, FMLA, etc.

• Place orders for clinic supplies, ensuring that inventory is stocked and maintained

appropriately.

• Participate in the on-call rotation.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Ability to complete duties within an agreed-upon time frame and adapt appropriately to

change of priorities and workload and to adjust personal schedule, if required.

• Sound written and verbal communication skills to convey information effectively.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Windows OS and ability to learn

proprietary software systems.

• Ability to access all areas of the center throughout the workday.

• Involves sitting approximately 50 percent of the day, walking or standing the remainder.

• Some bending, stooping, and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to communicate verbally with an excellent comprehension of the English

language.

• Work is generally performed in an indoor, well-lighted, well-ventilated, heated, and airconditioned environment.

• Driving as needed.

Requirements

required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, especially in a supervisory role,

is highly desirable.

• Valid California driver’s license
